Feminine Tipplasty with Septoplasty

NOSE TIP REFINEMENT

A narrower, more defined nasal tip, supported with septal cartilage.

ProfilePre-op and post-op
Shared with written patient consent. Individual results vary.

CONCERN ADDRESSED

A wide, rounded or under-projected nasal tip.

PROCEDURE

The tip cartilages are reshaped and supported with a graft from the septum; the septoplasty provides the graft and can straighten the septum.

ANAESTHESIA & DURATION

Anaesthesia planned at consultation · typically 1.5–2 hours

RECOVERY

Tapes and external sutures off at 5–7 days. Visible swelling settles over 2–3 weeks.

FINAL RESULT

Most swelling resolves by 3 months; tip definition keeps refining for 12–18 months.

Post-op photos were taken during early recovery, before swelling has settled. The final result develops over the months that follow.

Typical recovery timeline

A general guide. Your own plan, aftercare, and review dates are set at consultation.

  1. DAY 1–4Swelling and congestion peak; head elevated, no nose-blowing.
  2. DAY 5–7Splint and external sutures removed.
  3. MONTH 3About 80–90% of swelling has resolved.
  4. MONTH 12–18Tip definition fully refined; final assessment.

Individual results vary. Photographs are presented as examples of treatment process and do not guarantee a specific outcome. Suitability depends on individual assessment.
