Privacy Notice
How Reflect Aesthetics collects, uses and protects the personal information you share through this website, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Last updated 30 September 2026Who we are
Reflect Aesthetics, the clinic of Dr. Ken Romero, is the personal information controller for this website. We are at 273 2nd Floor, R.L. Building, Sto. Rosario, San Jose, Angeles City, Pampanga 2009, Philippines.
What we collect
When you send an appointment request, we collect:
- your full name, email address and phone number;
- the service or procedure you are interested in;
- anything you choose to write in the message field.
If your message describes a health concern, that is sensitive personal information under the law. We use it only to prepare for your consultation.
Browsing the site does not require you to give us anything. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps one note in your browser session, the time of your last request, to prevent accidental duplicates; it is erased when you close the tab.
Why we collect it
- to reply to your request and arrange a consultation;
- to contact you about that appointment.
We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
A few services help run this website. Each receives only what it needs:
- Formspree delivers the appointment form to the clinic by email and keeps a copy of each request on its servers, which may be outside the Philippines.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and, like any host, receives technical information such as your IP address.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and Esri supplies the satellite map; both receive your IP address when those load.
- Facebook Messenger and Google Maps receive information only if you choose to open them from this site.
How long we keep it
We keep a request only as long as needed to respond to it and arrange your consultation. If you become a patient, your details become part of your medical record and are kept as the law on medical records requires.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- be informed of how your personal information is processed;
- access it, and have it corrected if it is wrong;
- object to its processing, or withdraw your consent;
- have it erased or blocked;
- obtain a copy in a portable format;
- be compensated for damages from its misuse;
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To exercise any of these, contact us at [email protected] or 0977 341 6110.
How we protect it
The website is served only over an encrypted connection, and requests are not stored on the website itself. Formspree delivers each request by email to the clinic, with a copy to the clinic’s website administrator.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version you agreed to is recorded with each request you send.
